The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :

• Valid California LVN license.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Prefer a candidate with SNF experience, has passed medications on multiple individuals, given medications via G-Tube, GJ Tube and provided tube feedings.

As a MH / BH / IDD Licensed Vocational Nurse you will be coordinating services and care in a residential program. The position is responsible for overall medical needs of assigned individuals in our program. Performs nursing duties including assessment, treatment and follow through resolution of all health issues.
