Compensation : $120,000 - $140,000 yearly

Responsibilities : Lead and manage complex criminal defense cases from intake through verdict

Mentor and supervise associate attorneys and staff

Develop winning trial strategies and courtroom presentations

Conduct legal research, draft motions, and appear in court daily

Manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy

Collaborate with leadership on firm-wide initiatives and growth

Qualifications : Florida-licensed attorney in good standing

10+ years of criminal defense experience

50 or more jury trials tried to a verdict (required)

Proven felony-trial success rate

Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) a huge plus

Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience

Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
