Base pay range

$50,000.00 / yr - $65,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users; diagnose IT problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Respond to IT support tickets and inquiries; use ticketing system to track and manage requests; log and update IT service requests; document solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and security, including deployment of new devices.
• Provide end-user training on IT tools and applications; offer guidance on IT best practices to enhance productivity and technical proficiency.
• Monitor computer systems and networks; maintain IT inventory (hardware and software); track licenses and warranties.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
• Willingness to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge; apply new technology to improve IT processes and operations.
• Demonstrate strong soft skills : communication, problem solving, attention to detail, customer focus, ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues.
