We are looking for an IT Project Manager with demonstrated successes in project delivery. As a Project Manager, you will drive the delivery of medium to large-scale projects ranging from application / technology upgrades to multi-entity implementation initiatives. This position assists the Director of the IT PMO in maintaining practice guidelines and standards.

HOURS :

Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.

Experience / Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to effectively utilize project portfolio management tools and Microsoft Office tools normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in CIS / CS, Healthcare Informatics, or Health Information Management preferred; or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant IT project management experience.
• Experience managing projects with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of best practices for project management and familiarity with related technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and sensitivity to organizational politics.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and project portfolio management tools such as ServiceNow PPM, Planview, etc.
• Familiar with organizational change management practices.
• Strong communications and relationship building skills
• Proactive, organized, results-driven, and detail oriented.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred or in the process of obtaining.
