A company is looking for a Care Specialist to support members in their substance use management journey.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial screenings and intake assessments to evaluate behavioral health history and symptoms
Facilitate warm transitions by connecting members with counselors or coaches and sharing relevant background information
Conduct regular check-ins with members to enhance engagement and monitor progress toward behavior change goals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of clinical experience working with individuals with substance use disorders
Active and unrestricted state credential (license / certification) issued via a state credentialing board
Credentialing recognized by IC&RC or NAADAC is required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience providing SBIRT care for people with SUDs
