Front Desk Receptionist : The Front Desk Representative plays a key role in representing the agency, often serving as a first impression to individuals served and visitors to any office sites. They are trusted to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment and provide the best customer service possible.

Medical Assistant : The Medical Assistant plays a key role in representing the agency, often serving as the first impression to individuals served and visitors to any office site. They are trusted to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment and provide the best customer service possible. We are seeking customer service-oriented candidates who take pride in providing kind and compassionate service.

This is primarily an administrative position, however; our Medical Assistants do assist our Clinic team by collecting vitals and other tasks as needed. Experience in community mental health, trauma-informed care, and electronic health records (EHR) will help you be a successful member of our team.

Compensation :

The pay scale for this position is $14.88 to $17.50 per hour. Final offered rate is based off of non-discriminatory factors at interview, such as skill set and experience.

Qualifications : Experience :

Required :

A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting

Passion for providing an unparalleled customer service experience in a dynamic and diverse work environment

Proficiency in word processing, data entry, and telephone skills

Ability to be forward thinking and take initiative to accomplish goals and objectives

Ability to use discretion and judgement when handling matters of a sensitive or confidential nature

Preferred :

Experience working in a medical office setting

Experience working with individuals with behavioral health and substance use disorders

Experience with Microsoft Office products

Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)

Bilingual

Education :

Required :

Minimum high-school diploma or equivalent

Licenses & Certifications :

Required :

Must have a valid and unrestricted Michigan Driver's License

Preferred :

Current Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent certification that is nationally recognized (CMA, RMA, CNA)
