(Part-Time or PRN) LPN or RN - $1000 Hiring Incentive

SIGN ON BONUS : $1,000 paid out after 90 days of employment

Requirements : Active LPN or RN license

Pay Range : up to $30 / hr + potential 5% quarterly bonus

Schedule

• Flexible but ideally 2-3 days a week from 5 : 30am - 12pm. In addition, this person would work one or two Saturdays (6am - 9am) a month.
• Alternate Schedule : One or two days a week plus every Saturday.
