Job Description
Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth via customer retention and expansion. Partners with GM to manage Team Members. Requires expert automotive system and parts knowledge, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and secondary sources. Must direct drivers for timely, accurate deliveries. This is a full-time role.

Essential Job Skills
Prior Experience
Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certificates
ASE Certification preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Demands
Requires walking, standing, talking, hearing, manual dexterity, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Work Environment
Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor exposure to weather, mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise. Moderate noise level typical.
Position eligible for sales commissions based on performance.
