Human Resources Recruiter

Work directly with hiring managers to find talent fast! Hiring a Bilingual HR Recruiter for the production industry in Chaska, MN. This is fully on-site with an 8am-5pm or flexible start time. The role will help partner with leaders on hourly or salaried staffing needs. Paying between $28-$40 / hr. Interested?

What you’ll do as an HR Recruiter :

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, testing, and recommending candidates for placement using innovative methods
• Utilize a variety of resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community events, social media, digital recruiting, and competitive intelligence, to identify and attract both active and passive candidates
• Engage and attract talent by providing comprehensive information on compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures, ensuring a positive and informative candidate experience
• Partner with business and HR teams to meet staffing needs and consult with management and department leaders on hiring decisions
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
