About The Position

We are seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist for a 6-month locum tenens assignment in Florida, starting Oct 1, 2025. This remote opportunity offers a flexible schedule of 4-5 hours per month, with responsibilities focused on consulting and advising via phone, email, and text—no onsite presence required.

Job Details

  • Location : Florida
  • Start Date : Oct 1, 2025
  • LOA : 6 months
  • Provider Type Needed : Gastroenterologist
  • Schedule : 4-5 hours per month; availability for phone calls, emails, texts as needed, with at least 1 hour per month for follow-up questions

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Consult with the Owner of the clinic to optimize care for coinfected patients
  • Advise on treatment approaches for patients with infectious disease coinfections
  • Remain available for remote consultation via phone, email, and text
  • Provide follow-up guidance as needed

  • Board certification in Gastroenterology required
  • Florida medical license required
  • Experience with infectious disease is preferred, but not required
