Manager of Infrastructure

Description

The Infrastructure Manager is a working manager who leads a small hybrid team (on-site + remote) of Systems & Network Engineers, while owning the availability, reliability, security, and scalability of IWCO's enterprise infrastructure. This role blends leadership of a diverse team of engineers, coupled with deep technical execution across on-premises systems coupled with other configurations in Azure / Entra / M365.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Lead a team of 6-10 direct reports; manages vendor relationships, and contractor capacity as needed.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities :

Operate & Optimize

• Ensure high availability, performance, and continuity for on-prem and cloud services; own incident, problem, and change practices.
• Manage capacity, patching, configuration, and lifecycle management across servers, storage, virtualization, and M365.
• Build / maintain PowerShell and other automations for provisioning, monitoring, compliance, backup, and DR tasks.

Salary :

The starting salary range for this position is $135,000- $145,000 / yr.

At IWCO, base pay is determined by job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, along with factors such as role scope and location.
