We’re hiring a Construction Foreman who knows how to lead by example and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. If you’ve got heavy equipment experience, a strong work ethic, and the skills to manage a crew and build sites from the ground up, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a civil crew and manage daily job-site activities
• Read and follow construction drawings and build plans
• Communicate clearly with your crew and the Project Manager
• Operate and oversee use of heavy equipment (Mini X, skid steer, trencher, etc.)
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and specs
• Address any crew concerns professionally
• Keep the project moving and on schedule
• Set the tone by working alongside your crew
