Sterling Engineering is looking for a Part-Time Tool & Die Maker with strong hands-on experience in precision milling and grinding. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented and experienced machinist who thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.

Job Duties :

Set up and operate milling and grinding machines.

Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine machining processes.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.

Troubleshoot and repair tooling issues as needed.

Collaborate with engineers to improve designs and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker, with a focus on milling and grinding.

Skilled in using both conventional milling and grinding equipment.

Strong understanding of machining principles and material properties.

Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings.

High attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
