The Senior HR Business Partner serves as the primary HR relationship manager with the most senior leadership of assigned business unit(s) or geographies and ensures effective coordination between business clients, HR Consulting Function partners and COEs to strategically deliver HR solutions. Integrates corporate HR strategies and provides HR solutions and support to add value to the business and designated internal clients. Consults with assigned senior managers to interpret and apply corporate human resources programs to the business. Participates in the development, implementation and ongoing feedback / modification of HR programs. The focus of this role is on the future of the organization. The Senior HR Business Partner is part of the leadership in the business and is involved in helping drive business decisions by delivering the appropriate HR support. Uses specific knowledge of a discipline to achieve goals through own work. Has specific knowledge or expertise typically gained through formal education or equivalent experience. Uses expertise to provide guidance to others as a project manager or consultant.

Salary Range : $137,400 - $233,600 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
