A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support HR operations across a large employee organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as a subject matter expert on employment laws and ensure compliance across multiple states
Administer and optimize HRIS, lead process improvements, and maintain accurate employee data
Assist with benefits and payroll operations, and support employee relations and engagement initiatives
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred
4+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience in a multi-state environment
Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law, especially in CA, CO, and NY
Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle HCM or similar systems
Hands-on experience with benefits administration and payroll processing support
