Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Registered Behavior Technician is needed to provide structured behavioral support for students in educational programs. Candidates must be actively pursuing RBT certification / licensure.

Qualifications / Desired Experience :

Actively pursuing RBT certification

Able to work under BCBA supervision

ABA experience preferred

Strong documentation, communication, and observational skills

Responsibilities / Duties :

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Collect and report accurate behavioral data

Support students in achieving social, behavioral, and academic goals

Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families

Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development
