Release Analyst - Intl Brazil (Deerfield Beach)

We are looking for a Release and Environment Manager to oversee software deployments and maintain the stability of production and non-production environments. This role includes coordinating releases, leading daily deployment reviews, and working with platform and QA teams during release windows. The candidate will manage release documentation, ensure compliance with change management standards, and represent changes to the Change Advisory Board (CAB). They will also plan and maintain test environments, monitor performance, manage environment allocations, and collaborate across teams to support testing and validation. Governance oversight and risk management for production changes are key responsibilities.

Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or equivalent

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O build and release processes

Experience with release pipelines for custom Azure applications

Ability to streamline test environment management to reduce costs and increase efficiency

Previous release experience

Experience with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow)

Experience with Azure DevOps

Strong project management and coordination skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Knowledge of change and release management principles

Ability to create queries and dashboards to track release metrics

Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and GitHub

Engineering or senior developer background with hands-on release management

Availability to work 1pm 10pm EST weekdays

Willingness to participate in Saturday evening Production deployments (between 7pm10pm, typically 4-hour windows)
