We are hiring a Technical Services Operations Center Administrator to join our team in Longmont, CO.

Responsibilities :

Monitor and troubleshooting the entire IT stack (data center, network, storage, servers, and applications / services) and communicating issues and the overall status to all relevant personnel.

Perform a variety of tasks including system and application monitoring, ticketing and incident resolution.

Work directly with various technical support teams to monitor, escalate events, and manage incidents and alarm thresholds.

Minimum requirements for this position :

Must be a U.S. citizen with a current / active Secret security clearance

Must have an active Security+ certification or be able to obtain one in the first 6 months of employment.

Must be willing and able to pass a CI Polygraph that is required to administratively access specific systems.

Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Two years of experience may be substituted for a degree

Minimum of 2 years of

technical troubleshooting experience

Ability to accommodate a weekly day or night shift that includes one weekend day per week. Shift includes working only three-to-four 12-hour shifts per week.

SHIFT DETAIL :

Night Shift 6pm -6am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday night.

These skills would be amazing :

Advanced understanding of networking, firewalls, routing, remote site connectivity, and applicable troubleshooting practices

Experience with RedHat, LDAP, Satellite, Puppet, DNS

Experience with Active Directory

Experience with VMWare and Virtual Servers

Knowledge of data / IP networking and protocols (OSPF, BGP, GRE, TCP, FTP, FCIP, NFS)

Work experience with Python

Work experience with AWS

Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills

Strong business acumen, client-service, and results orientation

Ability to think both strategically while also executing tactically

Positive history of building positive relationships, both internally and externally.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

• The base pay for this position within Colorado is : $71,000.00 - $119,000.00 annually. For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
