Seeking an experienced Security Operations Manage r to oversee daily security operations, lead and support security staff, and ensure the safety of our people, property, and information. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, knowledge of security systems and emergency response, and the ability to manage incidents, enforce policies, and collaborate with law enforcement. - Manage and oversee daily security operations across assigned facilities or sites.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of security supervisors and officers.
- Create, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Monitor security systems, access control, alarms, and CCTV operations.
- Respond to incidents, investigate security breaches, and prepare detailed reports.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate threats.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and outside security vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, staffing schedules, and resources.
- Provide regular security reports and updates to senior leadership.
Security Operations Manager Qualifications :
3+ years in security operations or account managementHigh school diploma required; degree preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling softwareValid driver’s license and reliable transportationKnowledge of industry regulations and compliance standardsASIS or AHLEI certificate (plus)Security Operations Manager Benefits :
