LPA is seeking a passionate Design Coordinator to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across California and Texas. You'll be primarily working on projects within our civic + cultural team; some examples of recent projects include West Hollywood Park Aquatics and Recreation Center, Michelle Obama Library and Environmental Nature Center.

You will be working with directors and principals in the studio and across the firm. We are looking to you to help us continue to develop our talented designers and engineers.

What You Will Do

• You will be living and breathing the project from inception to completion and be able to turn your hand to all aspects of the project
• The Architectural Design Coordinator will assist Project Architects, Project Designers and Project Managers in the execution of specific assignments
• Prepare documentation and oversee documentation for design development and construction documents
• Review and process construction administration documents
• Organize research for product and construction methods related to projects
• Mentor-ship from project leaders and managing directors, provide mentorship to junior designers

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and / or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
