As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to deter security-related incidents at a healthcare location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence throughout the property, and delivering outstanding customer service to staff, patients, and visitors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related issues as they arise.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access, with working environments and conditions varying based on the healthcare location.Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.Assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and general inquiries, maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as required, and reporting security-related concerns.Collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address site-specific needs and / or requests.What We're Looking For :
