• In-house call rotation, approximately 1 / week with post-call day off
• Varied case mix includes services to Cardiac, Neuro, Obstetrics, Peds, Ortho, General
• Anesthesiologist hire is considered equal with pay, vacation, call, and case-mix
• Competitive Salary consists of a base salary + quarterly production-based payout. All compensation is pool-based.
