Wound Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Summary

3 Days per Week (.6 FTE) | Monday-Friday only

The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant functions under the clinical supervision of licensed physicians, providing high quality wound care to patients within Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, and Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital settings in our Burlington and Kenosha service areas .
