Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

10+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles

Proven success in leading data organizations through modernization efforts

Deep expertise in building modern data platforms, preferably with Snowflake

Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL frameworks, and data governance best practices
