We're seeking a Bilingual Treatment Plan Coordinator (Spanish / English required) to join our dynamic front-office team. What You'll Do

  • Present and explain treatment plans and financial options with confidence and compassion
  • Follow up on pending treatments to help patients say yes to better health
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and the front-office team to ensure seamless patient experiences
  • Schedule, verify insurance, and maintain accurate patient records in our digital systems
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and professional atmosphere every single day

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) this is non-negotiable; most of our patients are Spanish-speaking
  • Minimum 1 year of dental or medical office experience (dental background preferred)
  • Strong communication and sales / closing skills
  • Confident with computers and scheduling software (Denticon experience a plus)
  • A professional, empathetic demeanor and team-player mindset
