JOB SUMMARY
Manage the first and second shift manufacturing operations by supervising and planning work for assigned employees and optimizing equipment output for maximum productivity. Drive all operational activities to achieve on-time delivery while meeting all quality assurance requirements. Manage team members by establishing effective lines of communication. Provide change leadership within the business.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
Candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and / or 10 years' experience in a related role. Aerospace industry experience is preferred. Experience with PFMEAs and Control Plans is a plus. Must possess strong knowledge of blueprints, technical specifications, working in an ISO quality system and must be proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office programs.
