Sr UX Designer, Mobile

As Bayer Crop Science's digital farming arm, we advance regenerative agriculture and technology breakthroughs using the latest agronomic science, data science, engineering, and real-world farming experience. With groundbreaking technology like Climate Fieldview, our team is a part of some of the most important advancements in ag.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will design intuitive, desirable, functional user experiences that enable a better "on the go" and "in cab" experience across our mobile FieldView platform, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive delivery of the experience within the product.

This position is available for candidates based in St. Louis, Chicago, or remote within the Midwest.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders on product teams (squads) to understand user requirements and business objectives
• Partner with UX researchers & product leaders to plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies
• Observe, analyze, and synthesize data in a way that reflects user behavior, including the creation of customer journeys, user personas, and actionable insights that can be translated into tangible design
• Create intuitive, accessible, responsive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for omni-channel experiences in a way that clearly articulates design concepts and interactions
• Integrate iterative, agile designs approaches to testing & learning through direct user & stakeholder feedback and usability testing
• Bring up-to-date industry trends and best practices in UX design
• Provide design guidance and feedback to team members
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, patterns, and standards to create a cohesive experience
• Make timely, informed decisions that consider the facts, outcomes, constraints and risks of a project or task

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $120k-160k. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive program (if relevant).
