Configuration Management (CM) Analyst II / III

Zekiah Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Management (CM) Analyst II / III . The CM Analyst will be responsible for performing and managing all areas of CM management, which includes but is not limited to Software Configuration Audits, Media Management, Board Support, and Hardware Management for a program. This position is located at our office in King George, VA, and is available immediately.

Responsibilities Include

• Serve as the primary POC for the government customer. Conduct status meetings with Gov't counterparts.
• Lead and manage team operations, ensuring the successful execution of training programs, task assignments, timecard administration, performance evaluations, employee development, and recruitment initiatives
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items while overseeing all configuration management (CM) activities to support efficient program execution and compliance with project deadlines
• Perform configuration management / data management functions : planning, configuration identification, status accounting, configuration control, audits, and overall data management
• Conduct / oversee Software Configuration Audits within the IWSL facility and supporting sites as requested
• Process, manage, and maintain Software (SW) Media Requests, Receipts, Transmittals, and documentation that is delivered to various sites
• Provide media status accounting reports and metrics; Generate various status accounting reports
• Provide Change Control Board support within Jira and Confluence by creating meeting agendas, minutes, tracking action items, and capturing detailed technical comments during meetings
• Update and maintain change requests, trouble reports, and development changes
• Process, manage, and maintain Hardware (HW) Requests, Receipts, Transmittals, and documentation that are delivered to various labs.
• Generate / update briefs / presentations and attend meetings, as required
• Maintain effective customer relationships. Facilitate communication flow with the internal team and external customers
• Assist in the development and maintenance of CM processes, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on program requirements
