Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Configuration Management Analyst

Join ICES on a new contract impacting national security as a Configuration Management Analyst . These positions are located in Springfield, VA . All positions require an active / current TS / SCI security clearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.

As a Configuration Management Analyst, specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Duties :

• Develop and recommend strategies to optimize systems configuration procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform research and analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current systems.
• Implement solutions in problem areas, based on findings from analytical assessments.
• Develop and establish configuration policies and regulations to support a smooth and effective workflow.
• Provide configuration support by assisting with system installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and conducting regular maintenance checks.
• Contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project, utilizing both independent and collaborative work approaches.
• Develop and use more complex concepts and processes to enhance configuration management outcomes.
• Conduct root cause problem analysis and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Guide and support junior-level personnel in the execution of configuration management tasks.
• Seek guidance when addressing new, uncertain, undefined, or undeveloped tasks, while operating independently in familiar areas.
