About the Role
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Administrative Division. This position plays a vital role in managing the daily financial operations of the Association — ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to provide top-tier service to both residents and internal departments.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily Accounts Receivable workflow including billing, collections, posting payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Process homeowner association (HOA) payments, resales, and miscellaneous receipts such as laundry commissions, vendor refunds, and insurance proceeds.
- Prepare lender status letters and manage condominium resales and ownership transfers.
- Summarize delinquent accounts and prepare collection reports in accordance with CCIOA and House Bill 1137 .
- Collaborate with attorneys and collection agencies on resale and foreclosure proceedings.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements, reports, and audit documentation.
- Assist with month-end close, year-end updates, and annual assessment mailings.
- Participate in monthly credit meetings and identify process improvement opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required, post-secondary coursework in accounting preferred.Minimum six (6) years of accounting or accounts receivable experience .Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook .Experience with property management or HOA accounting systems a plus.Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.Why Join Us
