They act as the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact between customers and the insurance company, helping resolve issues, explain policy details, and ensure client satisfaction through timely and accurate service. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships are very important to this position. Effective communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude are essential to excel in this role. Other responsibilities may include setting appointments and making cross-selling calls.
