Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and manage HR needs across the US
Manage complex employee relations issues and partner with leaders to execute solutions
Conduct research and develop HR procedures while analyzing trends to inform strategies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment
B.A. / B.S. degree strongly desired
Good understanding of statutory requirements across multiple states
Basic immigration knowledge
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively
