Oversee the acquisition of building permits and licenses, and coordinate the timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites. Track construction progress, evaluating workforce productivity and adherence to safety regulations and building codes. Facilitate regular project meetings with Superintendents and Subcontractors to assess quality standards, safety protocols, schedule milestones, submittal status, and material logistics-ensuring project goals are met on time and within scope. Strategically review and adjust project schedules to align personnel, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance with budget constraints and delivery timelines.
