What Youll Do :

As a senior department head, you'll report directly to the Food & Beverage Director and play a hands-on role on the floorespecially during peak hoursto guide, motivate and support the team. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Leading daily operations with a focus on service excellence and profitability
• Developing and executing beverage menus
• Managing P&L, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and staffing
• Overseeing employee training, compliance, and development
• Handling guest feedback with professionalism and care
• Supporting private events and catering logistics
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
