What You Will Be Doing

• As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will help create the ultimate in-store experience using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with customers in a genuine, enjoyable way.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech approachable.
• Support merchandising and operational functions.

What We Offer

We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days are provided. Paid time off accrues as described by the company policies and applicable state laws.
