Chef in Training, Nick's Quorum - Hilton Omaha

The beautiful Hilton Omaha is looking for a passionate culinary expert to join the team as a Chef in Training!

Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Executive Chef, Cynthia Long and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside.

Housed on the ground level of the Hilton Omaha, Nick’s Quorum draws inspiration from the original supper clubs in the Midwest (notice our “immediate seating available” sign) at the host stand.

As Chef in Training, you are responsible for assisting and participating in daily culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. We are currently looking for a PM focused Chef in Training to join our team.

• Have previous culinary experience and exhibit progressive career growth in a scratch kitchen

• Have a thirst for knowledge, with a solid Food and Beverage core, experience in a multi-outlet hotel kitchen is a plus!
