Location : 2800 Marcus Ave New Hyde Park, NY 11042

Hours : Monday - Friday between 7 : 30am & 5 : 30pm

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provides professional nursing care to patients / significant others via direct and / or telephone contact, following established standards and practices
• Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care
• Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures, performs telephone triage as needed, and participates in patient teaching

The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
