The work involves managing the day-to-day operations of the team, managing personnel, staffing, schedule compliance, reporting on efforts of the group and driving hardware deliveries to achieve mission success. Lead in the areas of design concepts, machine utilization strategy, circuit card assembly manufacturing techniques, fabrication of tools and other functions that affect production. Experience improving cost, schedule, quality and safety related to the manufacturing of circuit card assemblies.

The candidate should be a self-starter with proven record of working well with multi-discipline engineering teams, Manufacturing Program Managers and Supervisors. You possess a broad range of experience related to engineering and manufacturing of circuit card assemblies to ensure success.

Basic qualifications include :

• 5 or more years experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing industry standards such as IPC 610 and J-STD-001 (relevant to Circuit Card Assemblies)
• Experience with selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, recognition of employees, and / or disciplinary actions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
