Job Responsibilities :
- The Customer Reliability Engineer must leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know-how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world-class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions to assigned customer accounts.
- Learn and understand engineering processes related to power generation, oil and gas, and mining industries, utilizing the experience of the greater IPRC team when necessary.
- Understand rotating and process equipment related to power generation, oil and gas, and mining industries, leveraging team expertise.
- Master cutting-edge predictive analytics software and tools.
- Manage customer expectations and satisfaction effectively for assigned accounts.
