Schedule : Requires availability for any / all shifts including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for clientele arriving at the facility. Front Desk Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance
• Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
• Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.
