The Lux Grill located in the beautiful Valencia Sound community has an immediate opening for several experienced Bartenders to join our team. Our ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment, will be detailed-oriented and have a true passion for guest service. If you are looking to join a growing team - then we want to hear from you!

Bartender Responsibilities :

  • Knowledgeable of all menu items
  • Deliver personalize service and excellence in guest interactions
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
  • Ensure orders are handled timely and accurately
  • Communicate effectively with guest and team members
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale system efficiently
  • Practices proper cash handling procedures
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management or supervisors and moves with a sense of urgency.

Requirements :

Bartender Skills and Experience :

  • Two years’ experience working as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant; Additional Server experience is preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with team members and outside contacts.
  • Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
