Title : Night Warehouse Manager

Location : Columbia, SC area

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to oversee night shift operations at a high-volume distribution facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong teams, and develops future leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of 60–70 selectors on the night shift
• Sun–Thurs schedule, 4pm start time, 50+ hrs / week
• Manage and mentor Warehouse Supervisors , with a strong focus on leadership development
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in picking, loading, and shipping
• Partner closely with the Director to drive operational excellence
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
