Job Description

As a Security Officer- Dispatch Tech / Media Full Time in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer in a dynamic tech and media location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities to help create a secure environment. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, supporting access control, and providing exceptional customer service to all personnel and visitors. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
