About the Role :

As an Associate based in Boston, MA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the core functions of our team by managing key projects and client interactions with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze data, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that drive business growth and client satisfaction. The role demands strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders. Ultimately, your contributions will help maintain the high standards of service and operational excellence that define our organization.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Associates Technical Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Massachusetts Elevator Mechanic’s License (Active).
• QEI Certification or Eligibility for a QEI Certification if requested.
• Elevator field safety knowledge.
• Elevator trade knowledge.
