We are currently seeking entry-level Sourcing Specialist / Recruiters to join our dynamic sales division. This position is crucial for communicating with our expansive network of therapists and fulfilling staffing needs for our public, cyber and charter school partners. It offers the flexibility of being 100% remote / work-from-home (or hybrid if in proximity to Plymouth Meeting, PA) and also presents opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within our organization.
Salary Range : $17.50 - $20 / hour plus monthly bonuses based on placements
Your Responsibilities :
- Proactive Sourcing : Engage in proactive outreach to source therapists using various methods, including phone calls, emails, referrals, texts, and internet-based tools, while also exploring innovative sourcing strategies.
- CRM Management : Keep meticulous records of communications and candidate interactions within our company CRM to ensure up-to-date tracking of all recruitment activities.
- Resume Review and Candidate Engagement : Diligently review resumes and conduct initial screenings with therapists and educational professionals to assess their fit for specific assignments.
- Market Insight : Gain a thorough understanding of the special education marketplace to communicate effectively and knowledgeably with potential candidates.
- Build Relationships : Establish and nurture trusting relationships with candidates, fostering a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
- Collaboration and Guidance : Work closely with your division for strategic guidance and to align your efforts with team goals.
- Performance Metrics : Adhere to and excel in key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to sourcing and recruitment effectiveness.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have :
Related Experience : 1-2 years of experience in sales, or staffing, demonstrating a knack for engaging and persuading diverse audiences.Educational Background : Possession of a college degree, enhancing your ability to grasp complex job requirements and market dynamics.Independent Efficiency : Ability to operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced, small team environment, managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.Communication Skills : Proficiency in conducting phone-based outreach and capable of leveraging social media and other digital platforms for recruitment purposes.
