Primary Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement innovative menus that cater to our community's dietary needs.
• Manage food and beverage budgets, focusing on cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Lead, train, and mentor the food and beverage team to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with executive management to align the food and beverage operations with our community's overall goals.
