- Full-time position including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
Responsibilities
Average of 25 patients per day; shared call : 1 day / week, 1 : 6 weekendsProcedures : colposcopies, IUD insertion, biopsiesAbility to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serveEvaluates, interprets, and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient carePatient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environmentExcellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skillsQualifications
MD or DOBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & GynecologyAbility to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of IllinoisHold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practiceEligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) - J-1 waiver sponsorship availableWe offer
Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $310,000 - $465,000 with the ability to exceed compensation and receive 100% of the upside on an innovative compensation program.Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on an individual's qualifications.
