Main Duties & Responsibilities
Basic Scope : Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the human resources department. From time to time, will also support Operations Manager with administrative tasks and projects.
Job Duties
- Assists in the creation and update of HR forms or documents.
- Creates, maintains and distributes reports using a variety of software.
- Onboards new full-time and temporary employees.
- Maintains employee and medical files.
- Answers basic employee questions about human resources policies or offerings.
- Schedules interviews, orientations, training sessions and communication meetings.
- Processes employee status changes or benefits enrollments; maintains records of completed transactions.
- Assists with time & attendance administration and system review (eTime).
- Creates and designs correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets.
- Makes candidate travel arrangements and arranges itineraries.
- Reviews vendor invoices to ensure billing is correct and codes for payment.
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
