What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be a vital part of our property operations team, ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Performing maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems
• Managing work orders and completing unit turnovers efficiently and thoroughly
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
• Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce emergency repairs
• Maintaining the property's exterior, landscaping, and common areas to ensure curb appeal and safety
• Supporting nearby Oakbrook properties as needed
• Participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Upholding Oakbrook's values in every interaction
