Professional and well-established Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm, in business for over 30 years, with 4 attorneys, is seeking an Experienced Plaintiff, Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Requirements :
- Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Plaintiff Personal Injury
- Ability to draft Litigation and Discovery documents (work with Attorney on drafting)
- Working knowledge of Local Court Rules of Civil Procedures
- Highly organized and the ability to multi-task
- Strong writing, communication skills, and detail oriented
- Experience in computer software programs for case management and calendaring
- Will need to know the pre-litigation process so you know how it got into litigation
